do something like this in your extensions.conf:
exten => _NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(ZAP/g0/1{$EXTEN})
exten => _222NXXXXXX,1,Dial(ZAP/g0/{$EXTEN})
exten => _223NXXXXXX,1,Dial(ZAP/g0/{$EXTEN})
exten => _224NXXXXXX,1,Dial(ZAP/g0/{$EXTEN})
Where 222, 223 and 224 are local area codes.

Can any one help? In Toronto, we can't identify if a number is long
distance call or not. If long distance call, we have to prefix with 1. We
should hear a voice prompt as above to indicate that it is not a local call.
However, we hear the normal ring back tone (indicating the phone had been
connected, but actually not) when we call this long distance call without
prefixing "1".
Here is the message shown in CLI.
Requested transfer capability: 0x00 - SPEECH
-- Called g0/9056671191
-- Zap/1-1 is proceeding passing it to SIP/9188-0e6a
-- PROGRESS with cause code 127 received
-- Zap/1-1 is making progress passing it to SIP/9188-0e6a
Thanks in advances.
