Indeed, bristuff 0.3w has been released.

One improevement in it (which probably explains much of the size
increase): ztcfg is patched to add two extra options: -s now takes a
span number and can shut down a specific span. There is also an extra
option -a, that (re)Activates a span (that has been shut down).

A step closer to hotplugged zaptel?
