One does need to be careful with the small guys, I have both Voxee and SellVoip for outgoing calls and it seems like I'm lucky if they respond in a week, one of them hasn't responded since 11/21 and the phone number on their we site was disconnected last I tried calling. Teliax seems to be good and I like that there's a POP 15 miles away but I don't like that they have 1 minute minimum billing. Now I know what 60/6 means.
