Actually what will happen is they will get REALLY mad that you tried to blame "your inability to correctly configure a system" on them, then they will ask for an appology and when you say "why do you deserve one" they will terminate your account. The incident I had with them involved their site that was marked as "BETA."
THEY DO GIVE REFUNDS, only if its within the period you could still issue a complaint with PayPal, once that passes they know you can't do anything so they don't do anything. NuFone isnt bad if you want a disposable termination account. But don't rely on it for anything. On 12/20/06, Kevin Walsh <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:

Their customer service is non-existant - you have to email every day for a couple of months before you'll be privileged enough to get a one-line response to a service outage issue. If you dare to point out that the response didn't address the issue then you'll unleash the combined wrath of both of the brain cells in residence at NuFone's "support department". Not immediately, of course - you'll have to wait another couple of months for a reply. If you give up on them and decide to go elsewhere, they will pocket any outstanding funds you have pre-paid into your account. Existing NuFone customers are advised to not pre-pay too much to these yokels, and to jump ship as soon as possible. -- _/ _/ _/_/_/_/ _/ _/ _/_/_/ _/ _/ _/_/_/ _/_/ _/ _/ _/ _/_/ _/ K e v i n W a l s h _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/_/ [EMAIL PROTECTED] _/ _/ _/_/_/_/ _/ _/_/_/ _/ _/ _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
