We are testing a Linksys SRW208P (lower power capacity than the SRW208MP). It DOES have an internal fan as you (and many of your colleagues) will notice the moment you apply power. It is a surprisingly noisy little beast.
Ah, thanks for the tip, Drew. I was going to get one of these, but I think I'll hold off. Has anybody tried the Dlink POE switches?
