Thanks, I tried this and it doesn't play the sample mp3 file when I place a call on hold. I searched around and found an article (http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg09971.ht ml) that says to download and install mpg123-0.59q-1.i386.rpm which I did and still no luck... any ideas?
