You can't because Asterisk does not support SIP over TCP. However, you
can download the SRPMs from http://www.laimbock.com/asterisk/ and build
the asterisk RPM with TCP support enabled. This is an experimental
feature and totally unsupported.

How easy/difficult is it to patch with http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=4903 myself? RPM/SRPM are inconvenient for me. Thanks.
