An odd question... I have asterisk running just basic sip phones and sending/receiving calls using ZAP. The phones are polycom 501s.
When a user presses the "Forward" soft key and puts an external number (a cell phone), and then someone from the inside (another extension) to the phone which has the forward on... I get this odd and loud humming/buzz noise in place of what the ringer normally would be. Once the call completes, its fine. If you dial from the outside into the SIP phone, the forward happens just fine. Any thoughts?
