Oh, We've been in contact with them. They said we need to purchase WLP.. which we are in the process of doing.. but then we found some other interesting info out. I'll post a follow up here in a few days if I remember.

Something must be setup wrong on your radios. Alavarion is pretty good when it comes to tech support. I would contact the distributer that you bought it from and ask for help.
