Trixter used to have a solution to this for a dollar. Not sure of the
status of that service anymore.

received, and the CIDName recieved although present is not used at all

service on it, you could get the CIDName as set by the outbound PRI,
if the provider doesnt' block it, and I have seen that with at least
one provider here in NJ.
