- Make sure you are using the correct codecs, and other SIP settings
(ports, dtmf, and the like)
- Receive a call, then when you have no audio, press any key on the
device. This should restore audio if you are using firmware 1.1.1.14 or
lower. (Known issue)

receive calls but there is no audio? My softphone work fine using the same
accounts. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong by just switching in a
hard phone vs. softphone?
