Hi my friends ... I need to implement my ivr based on some decisions that would be stored in a database ... like ... to play a sound file if a boolean field in a PostgreSQL database is true ... something like that ... But how do I do that ? Is it through AGI ? If so, can you at least point me through the right direction, because I don't know much about AGI ...
