We currently have the Grandstream GXP-2000 phones which generally work very well except that we cannot get find a headset which works reliably with them. Either the sound quality is poor or the other party has difficulty in hearing us.
We therefore want to get a couple of different phones and headsets for our customer service people. What would you recommend as a good phone and headset combination?
