Hi everyone,
I have setup a queue with callback agents using local channels but I'm
having problems to record the calls (Asterisk 1.2.13). Normally
setting up a queue with 'monitor-format' will automatically record all
calls to the queue, but with local channels implementation this
doesn't work, it just creates very small record files. Is there a way
to record calls in this kind of queue implementation without having to
invoke Monitor command before the call enters the queue? I'm trying to
record only the spoken time of the conversation.
