Quoting Christopher Chan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

For low data volume yeah its pretty simple, but start to get vlans and priority
and qos all rolled in and for most companies you've got outside help with a
bill there before you know it. Not to mention are you going to trust some M$
based virus collector on the same physical network as something important and
secure without firewalls between ?

or to mention that this M$ based virus collector is not exactly carrier-grade. regular unattended reboots anybody?

exactly !!

how many nortel phone switches need their virus fix and reboot second tuesday of
every month ?

But just remember, you don't have to get a tech in to install a new
extension....

hehe - how do you call the office to tell your SA that the phone system needs to
be rebooted - think about it.....
