Hello Dean, We're currently working on improving integration with SugarCRM, with Salesforce.com integration is next on my list. FWIW, I've enhanced the SugarCRM integration to log and "screen pop" incoming calls identified by CID, and done a little work to make click to call a bit more robust. I'm currently working on dynamically routing a call to the correct agent based on the SugarCRM data. The goal is to duplicate as much of this functionality as possible with Salesforce.com after the current project is complete. All projects will be released as open-source.
