Actually I think the additional wanpipe drivers are a major plus. For PRI troubleshooting I even think there are tools that are not present in Zaptel, or are much harder to setup (vs wanpipemon -g).

You have to install FXO or FXS ports in pairs, you can't do 3 FXO and 1 FXS for example. The other is having to manage one more set of drivers (wanpipe).
