Think nice not nasty. I was thinking everyone from the list should send him a welcome back email in the next 24 hours. Or and I have no idea where this started but I got it from another list I subscribe to, if you screw up there (and I don't mean auto-responder either I mean if you saying something dumb or the like) they all send you photos of snow. Nothing interesting just endless photos of Snow. Any other suggestions?
