As Erik said.. you are probably missing that line in your sip.conf.  Without
that line you will get voicemail, but your MWI will probably not glow.

I'm not sure if there's anything specific you'll need to do on the
Cisco, but for me (using Linksys SPA-941s), all I had to do was to add
the following to each SIP account definition:

mailbox=<mailbox_number>@<mailbox_context>
