Unfortunately, I no longer work for a Polycom reseller, so I can't give you a simple link to the files that you need (someone else on the list might be able to help you out off-list with this). Sometimes, you can find them online by searching google with "Polycom 501 firmware". Sorry that I can't be of more help. If I come across the image files, I will send you an email and let you know.
