Physical connection is fine because customer's computer is also connected through the phone's inline ethernet port. When phone was losing IP, computer was still working fine on the Internet.
But after the changes I made earlier today, as mentioned previously, it seems to be working fine so far. I'll check it again from them at the end of the day.
