Well this may not feel like progress, but it is. You no longer have an
authentication issue, you now have a routing issue. Could you attach a copy
of the extension.conf file on 192.168.253.21?

I even changed the extension to take the pattern off:

exten => 205,1,Macro(voicemail,${E205})
