PRI->Asterisk->Chanel Bank->Modem/Fax/Cheapy Phone
For outbound:
Modem/Fax/Cheapy Phone->Chanel Bank->Asterisk->PRI
Before we moved to a PRI, it was:
Phone Lines-->Chanel Bank-> Tellabs Echo
canceller->Asterisk-->Modem/Fax/Cheapy Phone
