Log says everything, MOH should stop after call pickup, not before Dial.

Change
Dial(SIP/zytek|180|Tt)
to
Dial(SIP/zytek|180|Ttm)
You should have put the r to begin with in which case it would ring. The
music on hold stops because the phone is ringing, just you have not
configured any indication.
