The Dial D option is for a dialplan command and is not conditionnal (the agent may or may not want a transfert) and is designed in order to emit DTMF on the called channel (e.g. in order to pass through a IVR) before the channels are bridged, and not in order to give to asterisk order. >If you want more info, I can grab it from them next week....
