Regarding my issue with voicemails not being played, though they have
length messages in it:

Dave suggested the following:
I've got the exact same issue lately. Check the msgxxxx.txt file for
blank lines or 2 line caller I'd info.
That's causing my issue. Haven't figured out why yet but manually
removing the blank line and consolidating
the callerid to one line allows me to play it via the phone.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I doubt that would help the case.
I've diffed the files from both messages that work and messages that
don't work, and the txt files don't show any obvious difference. I.e.,
both ones that work and ones that don't would have both caller ID name
and number, and they're always on one line.
The sound files I believe is where the problem lies. All sound files
that don't work are 60 bytes in size, while the ones that do work are
much longer. I am led to believe the file isn't actually recorded, and
hence irretrievable.
All the ones that don't work read exactly the same in binary...but no
sound data is actually in there.

Is this a bug that I need to report, or is there something I need to
tweak my settings?
