voicemail.conf lets you change the from and subject line, and has
replacement tokens for ${VM_CALLERID}, ${VM_CIDNUM} and ${VM_CIDNAME}.
What are you trying to achieve that use of "emailfrom", "emailsubject" and
"attach=yes" in voicemail conf won't do?
