Both issues have to be fixed for this to work right, the $ issue and the
quote issue:
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,GotoIf($["${EXTEN}" = "15554441212"]?100)
or you can, in this case, drop the quotes on both sides:
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,GotoIf($[${EXTEN} = 15554441212]?100)
