Are you talking about our project? (It's called "Gemeinschaft" btw as in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gemeinschaft ) It *does* have a web based end user GUI. But "end user" does not include the admin. So the MySQL replication or cluster needs to be set up by hand - although we provide them with a detailed step by step manual.
