RADIUS does two things 1) authentication 2) accounting
(well, actually, 3 things, but I see no difference of authorising and authentication) accounting is easy for asterisk-1.4, there're CDR (call detail record) which stores call in radius out of box. as for authentication/authorising against RADIUS/LDAP, there's no simple solution yet for asterisk.
