Not sure on the trixbox side but for asterisk:

Asterisk server: 10.0.0.1
Cisco Gateway: 10.0.0.2

In sip.conf

[cisco]

host=10.0.0.2

extension.conf
exten=>_011.,1,Dial(SIP/[EMAIL PROTECTED])

In the Cisco:

dial-peer voice 100 voip
application session
destination-pattern .T
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.0.0.1
session transport udp

dial-peer voice 1 pots
application session
destination-pattern 011T
no digit-strip
direct-inward-dial
port 0:D
forward-digits-all
!
sip-ua

sip-server ipv4:10.0.0.1
