hi. i have a prob hope someone has a solution for it. here is the set up.... local_number <calls>---> another_local_number --callforward--> toll free number --> enters asterisk -->queue(agents) the problem is we have lots of drop calls the reason being the original caller puts down his phone before an agent answers. testing this setup we noticed that it takes around 6 rings before the agents phone rings. is the problem with asterisk or before the call enters asterisk??
