I doubt it, but in any case, you really ought to do it at the Linux routing level. And it might well happen that it happens automatically, anyway. In the absence of anything otherwise, Linux will pick the right interface for the network that interface is pointing to. Unless you've got something really weird that is, in which case you need a networking guru and not an asterisk guru :) Give us more details and see...
