It's not the motherboard. It's the Intel e1000 network card driver. If you get a board that uses a network card supported by a different driver you won't have problems. I had one SuperMicro rackmount which had the e1000 driver and serious problems. Seeing as the machine only had one PCI slot, I couldn't add an extra network card. I moved it to another SuperMicro machine and the problems have gone. - -- Kind Regards, Matt Riddell Director _______________________________________________ http://www.venturevoip.com (Great new VoIP end to end solution) http://www.venturevoip.com/news.php (Daily Asterisk News - html) http://feeds.venturevoip.com/AsteriskNews (Daily Asterisk News - rss) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFHAdtADQNt8rg0Kp4RAun9AJ9lkiJASoJePXZI1kjp7xsqf/hGowCeOi4A TtLFXfLNDxIovXRB3txR4jY= =fFer -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
