btw: Who's "responsible" if someone (A) calls you (B) via an operator and you agree to pay reverse charges for the call? ;) It was A who dialed but it is you who will be sent the bill. Let's carry this a bit further: After talking for a while you decide to transfer the call to C ... ;)
