Hi, thanks for the quick reply I've literally just got off the phone with a Telewest engineer - after being told the line was ok yesterday, I've been told it wasn't actually turned on. D'oh!
If need be I do have a spare TE120P in a box in my desk drawer, so I can send that to Manchester to be installed. Thanks Dave.
