I would not recommend running a high volume call center on it. Sure, if your PBX takes 50 or so calls a day, it's probably wonderful.
If you have a 15,000 average call volume a day and 400+ agents, hmmmmm, I think 1.2 might be a little wiser choice. Just personal notes from the trenches, not from the media machines or talking heads.
