It means that the username in From and the username in digest credentials are different.
The reason for this test is that we do not want our users to pretend that they are somebody else. Without this test it would be possible to put [EMAIL PROTECTED] in From and all phones will display it, although real username in digest credentials (which is verified by the proxy) is different.
