It has been fixed in http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=10659 but introduced lot of problems with other unanswered channels, so that fix has been removed. Here's another attempt to fix that in http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11379 but personally i haven't tested that, and don't know what problems that could possibly cause. I'm also living on 1.4.10, but filtering out those 's' in post-processing of CDR.
