There is a Java Applet I wrote that plays GSM files at : http://www.westhawk.co.uk/software/playGSM/PlayGSM.jar with an example at: http://www.westhawk.co.uk/software/playGSM/PlayGSM.html Source code is in the Jar. It would be very easy to convert it to playing SLIN, ulaw or whatever.
