Attended transfer is not available in the free version
and that's what the OP is looking for.
I've been using SJPhone (v. 1.60.289a , not the newer
one) and it has been working just fine (supports
attended transfers). It's free software but it's
development seems to have come to a stop.
I was hoping to move to Ekiga but haven't had time to
test it yet.
