Thanks a lot guys for the help and the quick answer!!!
I have that option to try and is what I need, but I'd prefer don't change the
asterisk configuration if I can avoid it, because is a third party service so I
wonder if there is any way to configure the phone (may be using the xml
configuration services) and say it to look for some information to a database
when it receive a call.
Is that possible? Thanks again!!!
