Hey Steve, I am not involved with this product. I just questioned what tenuous legal grasp you felt you had with the layout being exclusive to your own company. Just because you don't like my question don't hold me responsible for the discussion.
As for me using this list for commercial purposes - this conversation has been asked and answered many times. An initial email to this list for a commercial product launch is fine - but the majority of discussions should be held on the ast-biz list.
