Lee, I'm pretty sure you can using macros and what not. Unfortunately, I'm not that experienced to comment on it, but I'm positive that can be done with one of those if, else things.

The issue with this is the first caller will always have to listen to this greeting regardless. Is there anyway to check if there is anyone in the queue before this greeting is played? In other words, if the queue is empty, then just "Queue". If queue is not empty, then "Playback + Queue". Is this possible? _______________________________________________ -- Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users _______________________________________________ -- Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
