This was a typo--it already is: exten => 70,1,Dial(IAX/mike,30,tr)
and I still get a busy...

This is wrong. You must have: exten => 70,1,Dial(IAX/mike,30,tr)
or better, in order to support both IAX and IAX2 type of registrations:
exten => 70,1,Dial(IAX/mike&IAX2/mike,30,tr)
