I heard something about the agents.conf file in the asterisk pbx.. I would love to have a tutorial or someone that will help me doing this.. it's not working out with her
Can anyone help ? it's getting frustrating with teaching the agents to logoff the queue everytime.. or even teaching the supervisor to login and logoff users ..
