That looks like a Red Hat kernel that has a local root exploit iirc so you may wan to upgrade that one. If you haven't done that already, make sure you have the kernel sources installed. Get a fresh copy of zaptel, libpri & asterisk from cvs and then try again. I think the error means that you are trying to load zaptel modules that were build for a different kernel.
