and
1. Call accounting showing calls made
2. Call budgeting which bills the calls
3. Web access for all users
4. Centralized management and administration
5. Call barring when budget is exhausted
6. Budget utilization alerts to e-mail
7. Reports
a) Per extension
b) Per trunk
c) Per unit (business area)
d) Percentage utilization of the total budget
