Just FWIW, I have been doing double NAT with asterisk and all kinds of SIP phones for years, including BT101, Sipura 941, and Polycom IP500 plus many cheap no name brands, plus many softphones like Zoiper, X-Lite and Gizmo Project.. However, DMZ has never worked properly for me with asterisk on any router. No idea why, but I forward ports to asterisk rather than use a DMZ. YMMV
