I have a small Portech GSM gateway. It works well. It's GSM<>SIP which
seems to me a better solution than FXO/FXS type interfaces. They make
gateways up to 32 port for E-1 interconnect.

I am thinking about using an existing asterisk box and turning it into
a gsm gateway. Has anyone tried this before, adding sonme gsm cards and
an antenna. Any ideas.
